Returns
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
• Digital products (such as crochet/knitting patterns or downloadable files)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product is delivered.
• Custom-made or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
Cancellations
• Orders for physical products may be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.
• Digital products cannot be cancelled once the download link has been sent.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
